Partition a list; all ways to split into contiguous sublists.

Details

The partition of z is the list of all ways to divide z into sublists. For example, 3R ŒṖ returns [[[1], [2], [3]], [[1], [2, 3]], [[1, 2], [3]], [[1, 2, 3]]]. The partition of the empty list is the empty list; if you want [[]], use Œb (Partition (Non-Empty)).
